The Charter Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting, Tuesday, Feb.06/24 at 7:00 pm in the Valhalla School The Board will consider sensitive, confidential matters and therefore will convene in camera. Any motions arising will be ratified in the public portion of the meeting and recorded Minutes to be adopted at the Regular Meeting of the Board on Wednesday, February 21 beginning at 6:30 pm.
